Sasha Schultz, AMFT
Therapist
As the only child of immigrant parents, I spent a lot of time on my own while they worked and went to nursing school. Those moments of solitude helped me develop a rich inner world, where I often imagined myself as the hero of my own journey. As I grew older, books like The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho deepened my understanding: becoming the hero in real life takes courage and a willingness to show up every day. The most rewarding part of being a therapist is walking alongside others on their own journeys of self-discovery. It’s an honor to help people reflect, grow, and experience the transformative power of being truly seen and understood. Hobbies include playing recreational softball, spending time with my partner, hiking, and food-focused travel.
