Julie Bellendir is a dual board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and pediatric nurse practitioner. She began her career as a nurse in 2006, and, since 2013, NP Bellendir has been working in the mental health services field. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from California State University, Long Beach, and she continues to be fascinated with the workings of the human brain. She is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the Neuroscience Education Institute, the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family in the great outdoors.
