Charles Daulo, AMFT

Therapist

1. I grew up in a family and culture where speaking about one’s emotions and mental health was discouraged. However, I learned the intricacies of empathy through the processing of my own struggles with the help of support systems along my journey. The lived experiences in my early adolescence and adulthood set a foundation for understanding emotions, articulating feelings, and actively listening to my clients. Becoming a therapist was an unknown gift that allowed me to find connections in the abstract. 2.The best part about my job is being able to witness the moments when my clients find connections, understanding, and the confidence to be able to find the healing they always had. 3.My hobbies include cooking, deep sea fishing, building fishing rods, painting miniatures, cycling, and snowboarding.
