Tiffany Quiroga, AMFT

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

I decided to become a Marriage and Family Therapist because of my own journey through marriage challenges. At one point, I sought professional help, and that support completely transformed my marriage and my life. Experiencing the pain of relationship struggles firsthand, I made the decision to take 100% ownership of my growth and healing. That commitment not only turned my marriage around but also helped me discover a newfound sense of self and joy in my relationships. This transformation inspired me to help others achieve the same freedom, ease, and connection in their lives. It’s why I went back to school, earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, and graduated with the highest honors of Summa Cum Laude. I’m passionate about helping others experience the same breakthroughs and find their own path to healing and fulfillment.

The best part of my job is seeing my clients’ breakthroughs—the moments when they connect with their inner strength, experience healing, or take that first step toward lasting change. Watching someone transform from feeling stuck or broken to empowered and hopeful is incredibly rewarding. Knowing I can create a safe, non-judgmental space for them to explore their feelings and grow is truly a privilege.

Absolutely! I love exploring my culinary creativity through cooking and discovering new flavors by dining out. Traveling is a passion that allows me to experience different cultures and broaden my perspective. Spending quality time with my family is something I deeply cherish, whether it’s through simple gatherings or fun activities. I find joy in watching movies, which provide a great escape and storytelling inspiration. Yoga and meditation are integral to my self-care routine,
helping me stay grounded and centered. Additionally, attending retreats allows me to recharge and focus on personal growth in a peaceful environment.
