Oak Health Center was founded in 2015 with a purpose: give the communities we serve an easy way to access comprehensive and compassionate mental healthcare. If you are seeking treatment, we will figure out the rest.
From the moment you make your appointment, we will do the legwork to place you with the appropriate provider, confirm your insurance coverage, and assist in all your scheduling needs. Our treatment plans are tailored to each unique client – every mental health journey is different – and we pride ourselves in guiding you towards your mental wellness destination.

You may start off with one primary provider but we have a full team of clinicians that is ready to help you should you need alternative forms of treatment. From therapy to medication management, we have the right expert you will need. We also have strong relationships with outside providers if OHC is unable to meet your needs.

Flexibility
If you are not comfortable meeting in person, we can address your mental healthcare needs virtually. Our team has been providing tele-healthcare for years and is happy to work with you remotely if your situation requires it.
